Kalaimaalai-2 annual event was hosted by Shivan Foundation Canada in November 10, 2018 at Thamil Issai Kalaa Manram. All the programs were organized thoroughly and held in a timely manner. Kalaimaalai-2 was a team effort and all credit goes to the dedicated volunteers, members and sound technician who worked hard with sleepless nights for planning and executing. Events were captured in a fabulous way by the photographer who offered us free of service.

Every program was superseded each other by its performers with their best practice and good guidance. Children drama, instrumental, colorful solo and group dance many more to write but good to watch as live. Some dance performances are hard to describe in words merely. The passion, energy and expression by the dancers with extraordinary talents and hard work. The special children group dance was touched the audience’s hearts in many ways. Their innocence smile and truthful facial expression and the happiness they created among others was outstanding. Audience gave a standing ovation to these children as a reward.
There were few motivational speeches by youth and adults which inspired the audience. Youth performances and contribution to community were recognized by the Shivan Foundation Canada. Entire show was focused to encourage Canadian performers. Audience provided a complete satisfaction at the end of the show.
